Italian giants Juventus are hoping they can strike a deal with Chelsea for the permanent signing of Juan Cuadrado.
Reports suggest that the Serie A champions want to push through a £16million deal for the Colombian winger who left Stamford Bridge on a season-long loan in the summer.
The Blues gave Juventus the option of a permanent deal at the end of the current campaign, for around £18m, but it is believed that the Bianconeri are eager to land the former Fiorentina star permanently when the January window opens.
The likelihood of this deal will allow Jose Mourinho to spend in the winter as he looks to strengthen his flailing squad that has started their Premier League title defence in shambolic style.
