Juventus defender Martin Caceres has hit out at the media.

Caceres is upset with the fallout from their victory over Napoli.

"I don't like looking at the Press," Caceres told Sky Italia. "I like to talk about football, and the fact is that Juve deservedly won 3-1.

"Instead [of talking about that], they're just trying to create controversy, but this has nothing to do with that game, we were better.

"I think you should talk about the team which deservedly won, rather than looking for controversy. It was a difficult game obviously, because after we went up 1-0 it was a quiet game, but then after the equaliser they could also have gone 2-1 up.

"It was good that after the last time [the Supercoppa, which saw Napoli equalise twice before winning on penalties], that didn't happen.

"But to be honest after going up 2-1 and then 3-1 we were more confident, Juve played well and that's all that matters."
