Juventus are keen to bring Alessandro Diamanti back to Italy.

Juve chiefs Beppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici were keen on Diamanti when he was with Bologna, before the Italy attacker signed for Guangzhou Evergrande.

Sky Italia says the Bianconeri are reviving their interest, with coach Max Allegri also eager to bring Diamanti back to Serie A.

The former West Ham United midfielder has spent the year in China and Marotta hopes to tempt him with Champions League football.

Juve are in contact with Guangzhou this week about Diamanti's availability in January.
