Juventus consider legal action after Inter Milan keep 2006 Scudetto
Juventus are considering legal action after FIGC ruled that Inter Milan will retain the 2006 Scudetto.
The Italian Football Federation announced on Monday night that there is no judicial basis for the revocation of the Scudetto following a request by Juventus for the FIGC to leave the title vacant.
The Turin giants had been stripped of the 2006 crown after being found guilty of trying to influence referees as part of the Calciopoli scandal and the title was awarded to Inter Milan instead.
A statement from Juventus said: "The outcome of the Federal Council confirms the absolute treatment inequality in the event of similar circumstances.
"The petition submitted 14 months ago by Juventus allowed for a deep examination, unfortunately not followed by any acceptance of responsibility by the sports bodies involved, who instead dismissed their political role as governance.
"It is understood that, in order to protect their millions of fans, as well as the shareholders and employees, Juventus must pursue the right and proper verification of facts while looking for treatment equality.
"Therefore, the club's lawyers have been given the mandate to identify the best protection instruments in the administrative and international law.
"Management and lawyers are simultaneously proceeding with the assessment of the economic damages caused by such behaviours.
"Since the decision is far from providing equality and justice, Juventus want to assert all the internationally applicable rules at every relevant office."

no need to insult juve in general.. they have bigger history than your dirty little brain.... Big players still respect them, and will still do so ... As for inter and their fans, are you sure you're not guilty??? Look at the evidence!! shame...
@Anon: your're such a f**king *****, fairly? What was fair? Did INTER win it on the pitch. NO! Did you even read what FIGC President Giancarlo Abete said yesterday? Quoted '“I hoped that Inter would’ve foregone the statute of limitations in this case. “There is no statute of limitations on ethics,” said Abete. “We had to stick to the rules. If the rules do not satisfy some, then that is out of our hands.” So F.U.CK YOU! If the board had the power to overturn it, they WOULD! But they dont, hence let Juve seek justice from those who can give it.. .then comment you ***** intermerda scum.
Inter WON it?!?!??? Hughe difference between winning and get things handed to you.
