Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri admits he's keen to see a deal for Palermo striker Amauri closed.
He said: "We have put our sights on this guy because I think he can do well with the three strikers we have. I leave the negotiations and background work to the club."
On Pavel Nedved, Ranieri added: "I hope that he remains and I expect him to play on."
