Juventus coach Antonio Conte has sent his best wishes to Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti after he snapped his Achilles tendon.

Conte was speaking after their derby win over Torino.

"First of all, before discussing the derby, I want to wish Zanetti a fast recovery and hope it is not as serious as people say," commented Conte on Sky Sport Italia.

"Like Diego Milito, he is a player who made history and I couldn't think higher of him as a player and a man."
