Juventus are stepping up their negotiations for PSG striker Edinson Cavani.Sky Italia says Juve are already in contact with PSG for the Uruguayan and will now intensify talks over the next week.

Juve officials hope to wrap up an agreement inside the following week.

Cavani has also been linked with Manchester United and Manchester City, but he prefers a return to Italy.

Cavani is a former Palermo and Napoli striker.
