Juventus striker David Trezeguet has declared this season a 'personal revenge'. The Frenchman is Juve's leading scorer and was again on the scoresheet in their 5-2 victory over Atalanta.
Trezeguet said: "In the summer, I have prepared myself better, I worked a lot, unfortunately, there were injuries to my teammates. I had the confidence of the coach, I'm playing a lot, I'm happy, it's a revenge for what I experienced last year, before the injury and the choices made by the former coach so I wasn't in the team.
"For me this year is a year of revenge and I am very happy because I feel good, the team is doing well and we have a very strong squad."
