Juventus accept PSG offer as Chelsea, Man City scramble to rescue Pogba deal

Manchester City and Chelsea must move quickly if they're to land Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba. The Sunday Mirror says PSG have stolen a march in the race to sign brilliant France international midfielder Pogba by submitting a £60million bid to his Italian club, Juventus.

But personal terms are yet to be agreed for the 22-year-old and it is likely to take a five-year deal worth in excess of £320,000-a-week to land one of the hottest properties in football.

Sources in France claim that the offer has been accepted by Juventus, but that the Italian club are hoping the move will spark a summer auction that will drive the price towards £75million.

Manchester City and Chelsea will have to shatter the £59.6million British transfer record set by Manchester United last summer when they bought Real Madrid's Angel Di Maria.
