Juan Cuadrado says new contract talks with Juventus have kicked off.
The Colombia wing-back's deal expires at the end of the season.
“I am calm, the club and my agents are talking and it doesn't change much to me to do it [extend] now or later. I am happy in Turin and Juventus is my family," he told DAZN.
Cuadrado was crucial in the last two games against his ex-club Fiorentina, scoring a late winner in a Serie A match in November and causing an own goal in a Coppa Italia tie last week.
“It's great to help the team in these moments and score a decisive goal in the stoppages, as it happened against Fiorentina," Cuadrado said.
“The coach called me and I felt that I could have offered something. I sometimes feel that something positive can happen in the stoppages, I hope it will happen many times again in the future."
