American sports magnate Josh Harris remains in buyout talks with Crystal Palace.
The Mirror says negotiations over what is said to be a "complex deal" are understood to be "progressing" at the south London club.
Harris, owner of NBA franchise Philadelphia 76ers and the NHL side New Jersey Devils, looked set to swoop for the south London club earlier this season.
The deal appeared to cool however as the club found itself deep in relegation trouble under around Christmas.
Sources at Selhurst Park, however, insist that Harris had not completely left the table.
The bumper new £5billion domestic TV package, which runs from 2016 to 2019, has made the club an even more attractive proposition.
