Kenwyne Jones' new Sunderland contract carries a buyout clause of just £6 million, it has been revealed.
The Sun says Jones can quit Sunderland for HALF of Tottenham's offer price.
The hitman, 24, was a target for Spurs - who would have put up a £12million package - but the Black Cats pulled out of the deal.
Yet there is a clause in Jones' contract that says he can open talks with other clubs if the Mackems go down and there is an offer of £6m.
