Striker Kenwyne Jones has celebrated signing a new contract in style by scoring the winner against Fulham.

The win has pushed the Black Cats out of the relegation zone and was much deserved by Ricky Sbragia's men.

On 55 minutes Djibril Cisse had a shot blocked by Fulham keeper Mark Schwarzer but Jones was on hand to side-foot home from close range.

The win was a massive relief for Sunderland who had not won in their last four outings in the league.
