He told Boro's website: "It's nice to get a run out and with the team we put out, all that we could do was battle away because of the injuries we had. We went out with a game plan and the first half was scrappy but I thought we did a good job of frustrating them.
"The lads that came in did a great job and I thought Dong Gook Lee was excellent. He really put in a good effort and showed that he is more than comfortable at playing at this level."
Boro boss Gareth Southgate said: "Particularly in the first half Brad made three outstanding saves.
"He is a very bright young keeper and we feel he has a lot of talent.
"It was a good opportunity to put him in and he produced a top class performance."
