New Aston Villa signing Joe Bennett has changed his profile on Twitter.

He managed to hop online these past few days after heartfelt requests from Villa fans to acknowledge his move from Middlesbrough.

He told Villa's website: "It was weird changing my biography information from Middlesbrough to Villa.

"I explained to fans that I couldn't do it for a while because it's not easy to sort on your phone.

"My laptop has been back home but I had loads of Villa fans on there telling me to change it quickly.

"Thankfully I have managed to get it done."
