Jimenez admits Inter Milan players upset after Siena draw

Luis Jimenez admits Inter Milan's 2-2 draw with Siena has hurt the players.

"We're sorry that we didn't win in front of our fans," Jimenez conceded on the club's website. "We played well, but we lacked that little bit of coolness. We had lots of chances but we didn't take advantage of them.

"The team was really fired up and wanted to win, which you could see by how much we created. Sadly they had two shots and scored two goals.

"Nonetheless, we are still top of the table and are a great team. Now it's time for us to show that," Jimenez continued.

"The Materazzi penalty? He's disappointed - that's normal when you miss a spot-kick, especially one that can win you the title. But we still have a game to play and we will fight to the end."
