Javi Garcia is fighting for his future at Manchester City.

The Daily Star Sunday says the £16m signing from Benfica last summer was sold to the Portuguese club by Manuel Pellegrini six weeks after he took over at Real Madrid.

Garcia, 26, has looked off the pace and has failed to make a big impact at City this season and with Pellegrini set to take charge, the chances of him staying look remote.
