Adnan Januzaj inspired the Manchester United U21 side to victory over West Ham United on Tuesday night.
It was a thrilling encounter at Leigh Sports Village which ended 3-2 in the favour of United and alongside Januzaj, the star of the show was Josh Harrop - who grabbed a brace.
Warren Joyce's men fell behind to an early strike from Reece Oxford but the Red Devils managed to overturn the deficit through goals from Harrop and Joe Rothwell.
Jordan Brown managed to equalize for the hosts just before half time and the two teams headed into the dressing room with the scores tied at 2-2.
It was an even second half but Harrop came up trumps for the Red Devils once again by scoring the winner after being fed through by Januzaj and the victory means that Joyce's side were able to hold on to their top spot in the U21 Premier League.
