Daryl Janmaat says Newcastle United players are right behind manager Alan Pardew.
The Magpies' stars showed they are firmly behind their boss after fighting back from twice falling behind at Swansea last Saturday to earn a valuable point, having also rallied from 2-0 down to draw with Hull a fortnight before.
Holland international Janmaat said: "We do not want him to get sacked, we want him here. He is good for us and we are fighting for him. I don't listen to what the fans are chanting, I focus on playing the game.
"You cannot say there is any lack of effort."
