Wolves boss Kenny Jackett says his club has not made a bid for Wilson Palacios.
Reports suggest that the Championship side are in hot pursuit of Stoke City's Wilson Palacios as they deal with a shortage of central midfielders.
However, Jackett has made it clear that the Molineux outfit have not spoken about the 30-year old Honduras international who has not featured in the Premier League under Mark Hughes this season.
"We haven't made any enquiries and there is no truth in that," said Jackett.
Wolves currently sit eighth on the tier two table on 43 points, just one out of the play-off places, as Jackett prepares his side for Saturday's meeting with 16th-placed Charlton Athletic.
