The agent of Jussi Jaaskelainen has confirmed the goalkeeper has agreed a new contract with Bolton Wanderers.

Jaaskelainen's agent Peter Harrison has now confirmed that a deal is in place to keep the 33-year-old at Bolton.

"We have agreed terms," he told skysports.com. "The deal is for four years but it is not signed yet as Jussi is away on holiday.

"He is very happy to be staying as he loves the fans and the club."
