Atletico Madrid's Mario Suarez is a transfer target for at least five European clubs.
The Spanish defensive midfielder, 28, has been heavily linked with Arsenal and Liverpool recently but his agent has also revealed that three Italian teams - AC Milan, Inter Milan and Napoli - are also keen.
"He was followed in January by three or four Italian teams, including Milan, Inter and Napoli," his representative Manuel Garcia Quilon said.
"At the moment I couldn't say if there are any meetings planned with [AC Milan's Adriano] Galliani, but it's true that in the past he was pursued by Milan.
"We're talking about an extraordinary player, who can represent the season's best signing for any team."
Suarez, who has been with Atleti since joining from Mallorca in 2010, is contracted with los Rojiblancos until the summer of 2017.
