Javier Irureta is delighted to be back in football as new coach of Real Zaragoza.
"I have always categorized Zaragoza as a great club, they are one of the great ones of Spain. It is a great city, there is a good fanbase and I am close to home here.
"I have seen plenty of this team on television. Going forward they're excellent, having scored 32 goals already this season. But there are obviously some things that need adjusting."
Asked about Andres D'Alessandro, who did not get along with predecessor Ander Garitano, Irureta added: "He is one more player. Nothing can be decided until I see how he trains and gets along with the rest of the squad."
