Cardiff City striker Anthony Pilkington is interesting Ipswich Town.

The Mirror says Ipswich are looking to complete a loan deal for out-of-favour Cardiff front man Pilkington.

The 30-year-old, who was signed by Tractor Boys' boss Paul Lambert when he was in charge at Norwich, has yet to appear for the Bluebirds this season.

Lambert is also hoping to bring in German striker Collin Quaner, 27, from Premier League strugglers Huddersfield.
