Aston Villa goalkeeper Brad Guzan feels the international break has come at a good time for he and his teammates.
The Villans lost 1-0 at home to Swansea City on Saturday to halt a run of good form under Tim Sherwood and now have to wait until April 4 to atone.
International dates this week and next will give 16th-placed Villa an opportunity to refresh things ahead of the season run-in and Guzan feels that could be good for morale.
"We had a good feeling after our win at Sunderland but we know now that we can't get too high or can't get too low," he told the club's official website.
"We've got a break before the Man Utd game. We'll regroup, recover and get ready to go again."
The USA international added: "The work is never done. You never get complacent or rest. You're always fighting.
"You're always trying to get better and that's what we're going to do.
"We'll look to continue to work on the training field.
"Man Utd is a massive game for us."
