Inter Milan players have lent their support to troubled Brazilian striker Adriano.
Recently there has been endless media speculation of the out of favour star finding himself at a new home and a loan deal to Flamengo is the latest link but teammates Maxwell and Javier Zanetti have backed him to make a successful comeback in the Serie A.
"He has a big heart, but he is judged negatively," Maxwell told Sky Sport Italia.
"He has an enormous amount of quality and we are just hoping that he can return to doing what he does. We really want to keep him with us."
Similar backing came from captain Zanetti.
"Adriano needs to be calm and to rediscover himself without panicking," Zanetti said.
"Then it will depend on him. He has told us that he wants to stay at Inter and when he is on form he is a real asset for us."
