Inter Milan medical chiefs are delaying Marco Materazzi's return from injury.
The defender was penciled in to make his comeback against Reggina next week, but Inter coach Roberto Mancini has been told to keep him back another fortnight.
Inter's big game at Juventus on November 4 is now expected to mark Materazzi's return to action.
