Inter Milan are preparing a cash offer for Manchester City fullback Aleksander Kolarov.

Inter GM Marco Branca has confirmed their interest in Kolarov as they seek a long-term successor for skipper Javier Zanetti.

The Nerazzurri will bid €12 million for Kolarov, who is keen on the move after losing his first team status at City to Gael Clichy this season.
