Inter Milan defender Marco Materazzi blasted Roma's Philippe Mexes after lifting the Coppa Italia last night.

Diego Milito struck the only goal of the game to clinch the Coppa for Inter.

"Mexes punched me twice during the game," Materazzi told RAI when referring to two off the ball incidents.

"But at least he gave us a huge helping hand for the winning goal, so thanks Mexes!"
