Manchester United face a battle to sign Bernard Mensah according to reports.

The Express suggests that Inter Milan and Valencia are showing significant interest in the 20-year old Ghanaian midfielder who is contracted to Portuguese club VitoriaGuimaraes.

Not to be confused with the English-born Watford striker of the same name, Mensah has been on United's radar for much of the season and it is believed that Louis van Gaal could make a move for him in the summer.

However, the interest from the Nerazzurri and los Che suggests that Mensah is in-demand and could force a bidding war when the summer transfer window opens.
