Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti has hailed their critical victory at Udinese on Sunday.

"We needed to get the win to take advantage of Juventus drawing," Zanetti told Inter's website.

"We were very focused throughout the game and we managed to get the victory.

"Udinese are a great side and they made us suffer, but we did well to make the most of the chances we got.

"Now we just have to make sure we keep winning because if we do the business the other teams can't do much.

"Juventus will obviously keep believing in the title until it is mathematically impossible, but we don't have to worry about them."
