Japan international Yuto Nagatomo has won the Asian Football Confederation Asian International Player of the Year award for 2013.
The 27-year old Inter Milan wingback claimed the prize ahead of Blue Samurai teammate and CSKA Moscow star Keisuke Honda and South Korea and Bayer Leverkusen ace Son Heung-min.
Nagatomo, who has been in fine form for the Nerazzurri this season, joins Manchester United's Shinji Kagawa on the winners list after he took out the 2012 version.
