Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti says he's ready to welcome back Adriano when he returns from his break in Brazil.

"The relationship that binds me to Adri is based on trust," said Moratti. "I, like the other players, hold him in esteem and know that he can come back in a big way.

"But he must have confidence in us and in the coach and must always be able to demonstrate the utmost professionalism. I am convinced that, if he wants to, he can return to be the great champion he is.

"I am sorry to see him this way."
