Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti admits they're canvassing outside investment for their planned stadium move.

Moratti concedes negotiations with Chinese investors have stalled.

"With the Chinese it goes on good will, but everything is falling asleep. Several groups are interested in the deal with the club and the stadium. There is much interest in the East, the Americans are also experts in stadiums."
