Inter Milan are set to go after Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva according to reports.

According to the Daily Mirror, the Reds are ready to listen to offers for the 28-year old Brazilian who has been at Anfield since 2007.

Lucas has made 19 Premier League appearances this season and it is believed that Brendan Rodgers is prepared to part with his services as he sees Joe Allen as the man to play the holding midfield role.

The former Gremio man is contracted with Liverpool until the summer of 2017 but could be offloaded if the Nerazzurri come forward with an acceptable offer.
