Tottenham are fielding enquiries for midfielder Sandro.
Sky Italia says Serie A rivals Inter Milan and Napoli have both made approaches to Spurs regarding an interest in signing Brazilian midfielder Sandro, who moved to White Hart Lane from Internacional in 2010.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino now faces a decision over whether to hold onto the Brazil midfielder or cash in.
