Inter Milan are insisting on an initial loan agreement for Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez.
Sky Sports 24 says despite the arrival of €20-30 million from Samuel Eto'o's move to Anzhi, Inter chief Marco Branca is reluctant to use the cash raised in signing Tevez this summer.
Inter made their offer to City a fortnight ago in Dublin: a free 12-month loan and Inter covering 100 per cent of Tevez's wages, with the view to signing him permanently next summer.
Branca is sticking to the offer, despite the change of circumstances brought about by big-spending Anzhi.
