Inter Milan are moving for off contract Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen.

Gazzetta dello Sport says Inter are leading the race to sign Vertonghen.

The Belgian's contract expires in June and with no new deal agreed with the North London club, he looks set for a summer exit.

However, Inter will face competition from Serie A rivals Napoli and Roma for the 32 year old's signature.

Inter are apparently ready to allow centre-back Diego Godin to leave the club after just one year at San Siro and replace him with Vertonghen.
