Inter Milan are emerging as favourites to land Borussia Monchengladbach defender Matthias Ginter.

Off contract in June, Ginter announced this week that he won't be re-signing with Gladbach and instead will seek out a "new challenge".

Indeed, it's suggested Ginter is happy with what has been tabled and prepared to sign a pre-contract next week.
