Inter Milan coach Andrea Stramaccioni doesn't regret allowing Marko Livaja to leave in January.
Livaja is now on-loan at Atalanta, but could be starting for Inter following Diego Milito's knee injury.
"You have to make reasoned choices based on the situation at the time. I agreed that it was a good idea to send Livaja out on loan because he needed to be playing games so that he can come back an improved player in July. It's easy to regret that now with Diego injured but we couldn't know it at the time. Diego's injury is a huge blow but it doesn't change our targets," said Stramaccioni.
