Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho has singled out defender Nicolas Burdisso for praise over his preseason form.

"Who has stood out for me in all the games so far? I say Burdisso, he played three perfect games without making a mistake," said Mourinho.

"I think the whole team would agree with me on that score. The injury problems are abating, as Ivan Cordoba and Walter Samuel are recovering well and will be back in full training soon.

"I am also happy that Ibrahimovic played for almost an hour. I hope to use him for longer in Lisbon and at that stage he'll be ready for the Super Cup clash with Roma."
