Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho is confident Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich will accept yesterday's Champions League defeat with realism.

Abramovich sacked Mourinho two-and-a-half years ago and brought Carlo Ancelotti to the club to win the European Cup.

Mourinho said: "Roman is a very intelligent man. He is not the same man today he was when he first came into football. I am sure he accepts the situation with class because he knows Inter were the best team."
