Inter Milan boss Rafa Benitez faces a battle to lift star striker Diego Milito after a blow-up during victory over Palermo.

The Argentine was again substituted in the narrow 2-1 win.

Television cameras picked up Milito asking: "Why I am always the one to come off?"

Milito didn't even bother giving Benitez a Hi-Five as he was substituted.

When he sat down on the bench, he was overheard saying: "This isn't fine. We need to speak about this here."
