Everton aim to close a deal for Brighton striker Neal Maupay today.
Le 10 Sport says Everton and Brighton have all but agreed terms over the French striker.
Maupay will join the Toffees for an initial £12m rising to £15m in bonuses.
The striker has also agreed personal terms over a four-year deal.
Maupay was at Everton's Finch Farm training complex on Thursday.
