Odion Ighalo has named Andy Cole and Dwight Yorke as his Manchester United idols.

The Nigerian has been excellent since arriving on loan from Shanghai Shenhua in January, having scored four goals in eight appearances.

And Ighalo hopes he can emulate the exploits of the 1999 treble winning forwards.

"I watched Andy Cole growing up," Ighalo told beIN Sports.

"Andy Cole and Dwight Yorke, they were two strikers at United who used to score goals. They were very strong and scored a lot of goals."
