Vincenzo Iaquinta is backing Juventus teammate Amauri to break his duck against former club Palermo this weekend.

Amauri left for Juventus in a £21m move last summer.

"I hope that Amauri can get himself off the mark. There are highs and lows for us strikers. He just needs to be calm and with a goal everything will resolve itself," Iaquinta said.

The Italy international went on to explain Juventus' intentions this weekend.

"We are going to Palermo to get three points. We face every team with the objective of winning," Iaquinta revealed.
