Juan Mata is intent on bringing about an improvement in his performances for Manchester United next season.
Mata managed 10 goals in 35 appearances in all competitions for United last term and his fine form was one of the main reasons why the Red Devils were able to secure a place back in the Champions League.
Despite being one of United's best performers though, Mata is not entirely happy with his contribution this term and has vowed to improve next season.
Mata told the club's official website: "I want to keep improving and giving my best to this great club and to try to reach new goals.
"As an offensive player I want to score, assist and give 100 per cent for the team, and as a club I think we need to be fighting for the title because that's what all the players and fans want."
