West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis admitted he was at fault for his side's disappointing performance at Arsenal on Sunday.
The Baggies went into the final day of the Premier League season with an unchanged line-up from the team that defeated champions Chelsea last Monday and got battered 4-1 in north London.
Of the performance from his unaltered eleven, Pulis said: "If anybody needs to take any criticism then it's most probably me.
"The Chelsea game took a lot out of the players, so maybe I should have freshened it up as they might have run out of steam a little bit."
The defeat saw Albion finish the 2014/15 season in 13th position, three points behind 12th-placed West Ham United, and three ahead of 14th-placed Leicester City.
