Reading must be more ruthless if they want to beat the drop, says Noel Hunt.
They were turned over 5-2 at home by Arsenal on Monday night and now Hunt says it is time they stopped being a soft touch.
He said: "We need some pride. I am a proud man and have been here a long time.
"We need to fight. There is nothing left to do. We need to throw in a few tackles and do it the nasty way now.
"We are down there for a reason. Of course there is a way back but we need to rectify a few things."
