Hull City winger Thomas Ince is rediscovering his best form on-loan with Derby County.
Ince struck twice in their 3-3 draw with Rotherham United.
It means the forward has netted five times in just three appearances for the Rams.
He told the Burton Mail: "We can't concede goals like that and expect to win games. But we showed the resilience and desire we've got as a team to come back.
"It was a scrappy game but we came away with a point, which is better than nothing. We created the better chances and played the better football but we conceded three sloppy goals.
"But in the circumstances, you have to look at it and say it's a good point."
